Wild Card Hackathon goes virtual

Extraordinary times call for extraordinary measures. As the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic is hard to predict and affects countries/regions at different speeds, it is unlikely that a European-wide event could be hosted in early July with equal access for all participants and mentors.

With respect for the time and all the great work Wild Card participants are doing we have decided to create a virtual experience, having in mind all the most important components of the physical event we would host:

• Assessing founder’s fitness – where we will be looking at your strengths and weaknesses, team-working and decision-making skills.
• Forming teams – where we will facilitate making connections, getting to know each other and seeking synergies between ideas.
• Delivering high quality mentoring – where your team and project will receive the undivided attention of excellent mentors who will be helping you progress your business idea.

In order to do so, we are expanding the event to 1-10 July 2020.

We hope to meet teams selected to continue Wild Card journey in the fall if we will be able to travel freely. We continue monitoring the situation and will adjust accordingly.
